Law Enforcement Request

INTRODUCTION

As per MHB's Terms of Service, our services may be provided through designated entities or platforms as applicable.

All law enforcement requests should be submitted through the official MHB request channel. If you do not already have access, you may be required to register before submitting a request. For assistance, please contact:

By submitting your request, you acknowledge and agree to MHB's Privacy Notice and Terms of Use.

In extraordinary circumstances, such as when you are unable to access the official submission channel or in cases of emergency, requests may be sent to:

All such requests must be addressed to "MHB" and submitted by an authorized law enforcement officer using an official government email address. Proof of authority is required, including documentation confirming your authorization to act on behalf of your agency (for example, an official identification or badge).

All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and MHB policies.

We make every effort to respond promptly. If you do not receive a response, please check your junk or spam folder.

Where applicable, please follow Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) procedures for cross-border matters.

REQUIRED INFORMATION

Please ensure your submission is complete and clearly presented with the following information.

Request Overview

Provide a clear and concise description of the specific action or assistance being requested.

Supporting Documentation

Include a signed court order and/or an official letter issued by your law enforcement agency. The document should contain:

the full name of the law enforcement agency together with its legal authority, supported by relevant documentation
official contact details, including email address and/or phone number
a clear chronological summary of the case, outlining key facts and relevant developments

Case Details (where applicable)

To support efficient processing, include as much of the following information as possible:

all relevant wallet addresses and transaction hashes (TXID), beginning from the first reported transaction and tracing subsequent movements
token type, transaction amounts, and associated blockchain details
total amount involved, including approximate USD value, with a breakdown for complex cases
findings from your investigation to date
information relating to the suspected individual(s), including the circumstances surrounding the case
any available user-related details such as name, account ID, phone number, email address, or identification information

Clearly restate the specific action or assistance you are requesting to ensure accuracy and proper handling.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

All requests and supporting documents must be submitted in English. Wallet addresses and transaction hashes must be provided in an editable format, such as a Word document or a searchable PDF. If you are unable to submit your request through the official channel, please include an explanation in your submission.
