All law enforcement requests should be submitted through the official MHB request channel. If you do not already have access, you may be required to register before submitting a request. For assistance, please contact:

In extraordinary circumstances, such as when you are unable to access the official submission channel or in cases of emergency, requests may be sent to:
enforcement@MHB.comAll such requests must be addressed to "MHB" and submitted by an authorized law enforcement officer using an official government email address. Proof of authority is required, including documentation confirming your authorization to act on behalf of your agency (for example, an official identification or badge).
All requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and MHB policies.
We make every effort to respond promptly. If you do not receive a response, please check your junk or spam folder.
Where applicable, please follow Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty (MLAT) procedures for cross-border matters.
Please ensure your submission is complete and clearly presented with the following information.

All requests and supporting documents must be submitted in English. Wallet addresses and transaction hashes must be provided in an editable format, such as a Word document or a searchable PDF. If you are unable to submit your request through the official channel, please include an explanation in your submission.
